AccuLiFT™ is a fully automatic electronic reel component storage and retrieval system (ASRS). Unlike other storage systems requiring user to place reel one at a time into the storage system, user can stack up to 150 reels of components into the AccuLiFT™ input area and just walk away. The system will pick up reels from the stacks, scan the barcode on the reels and store the reels into the system.
FULLY AUTOMATIC

The system will pick up reels from the stacks, scan the barcode on the reels and store the reels into the system.
HIGH STORAGE DENSITY, SMALL FOOTPRINT
The Vertical Lift Module (VLM) concept coupled with precision motion system and direct drive (patent pending) AccuLiFT™ to provide the highest storage density and capacity within a foot print of 88 inches x 92 inches (2.25 m x 2.33 m). Without the robot, the foot print is only 88 inches x 64 inches (2.25 m x 1.62 m). The maximum storage capacity is 8,300 reels at a maximum height of 16 ft 7 in (5.1 meters)
EASY CONFIGURATION
AccuLiFT™ can handle reel diameter sizes from 7 inches (180 mm) all the way up to 15 inches (380 mm) and thickness from 4 mm to 44 mm. User can change the mix of small reels and large reel storage capacity at anytime and the software will take care of the re-configuration of the machine. Reel height sensors will determine the pallet storage location dynamically to accommodate reels of different thickness.
REEL OUTPUT SORTING
AccuLiFT™ can sort and output reels based on different criteria such as Job, Placement Program, Line number etc. FIFO can also based on different parameters such as quantity on reel, Date code, supplier etc.
MODULAR DESIGN
The AccuLiFT™ is modular. The shortest system is about 9 ft (2.7 M) and segments are added to the base system until it reaches the maximum height. The machine is shipped with the base height of just over 7 ft so it can fit inside a standard container. The shipping configuration also allow the system to go through a standard double door for installation inside an enclosed stock room area.
NO CALIBRATION - DIRECT DRIVE DESIGN (PAT. PENDING)
The AccuLiFT™ utilizes Dual Motor direct drive design which eliminate the need for calibration for the Vertical Lift Module (VLM). The Direct Drive concept can correct for slight mis-alignment during the installation of the machine and correct for machining tolerance during the manufacturing process through out the full height of the machine.
FLEXIBLE SOFTWARE INTERFACE
The software plug in concept allow user to write custom software to interface with the system software seamlessly. Customer will have the peace of mind that the plug in software is completely under user control.
